Master Plan Submitted to Mountain Resorts Branch
Valemount Glacier Destinations Ltd. is pleased to announce that a draft of the Master Plan has been submitted to the Mountain Resorts Branch of the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations. An electronic copy and a three-volume printed copy was delivered to the MRB offices in Kamloops, BC today.
The draft will be circulated amongst Provincial Ministries and the Regional District of Fraser Fort-George staff in order to establish a dialogue that will make it possible to make a formal submission of the Master Plan in early summer.
The proponent will begin an informal stakeholder and public review process that will begin with a presentation to the Simpcw First Nation followed by presentations to the regional district and to the Village of Valemount.
